His professional experience cuts across renowned tier one financial institutions in Nigeria.

He is an economist who is passionate about empowering the younger generation with financial and investment knowledge, he leads a cross-functional team of disciplined dealers, brokers and financial analysts. Biodun is the head/founder of Alonati Trading Institute; a financial training institute where relevant values, requisite skill sets are instilled to produce well-grounded traders fit to thrive in our changing and dynamic world. He is also a co-founder and trustee of the Fixed Income Investors Association (FIIA).

Biodun believes that an optimally functioning capital market is necessary for Nigeria to attain her full economic potential, hence the establishment of Alonati IDB to steer the financial market in this noble direction. Angela is an experienced sales and marketing professional with over sixteen years of experience in commercial and investment banking, customer relationship management and business development. With a proven track record of success in managing existing Federal Government Agencies, Ministries, and Departments Accounts, private companies in various industries, Angela is a true asset to our team

She possesses strong skills in account management, customer relationship management, team management, business development, and marketing of fintech solutions. She holds a B.Tech in Agric Economics, Diploma in French, and an MBA in Human Resources, making her well-rounded and highly educated.

Her strong communication, analytical and excellent customer relationship management skills allow her to effectively tailor products and solutions to clients’ needs.

Samuel is a dedicated professional with a proven track recorrd of success in compliance management, administration, finance, and human resources management.

Sam's years of experience working with international NGOs gives him an acute understanding of international best practices in compliance affairs both locally and globally. He works to promote a highly compliant work environment, educates Alonati's workforce on compliance regulations and maintians internal controls.

Bamidele is a Non-Executive Director at Alonati IDB with over 40 years as a chartered accountant. .

Mr. Bayo Rotimi is a twenty-year investment banking professional. He graduated from the University of Lagos in 1990 with a bachelor’s degree in economics and in 1992 obtained a master’s degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Sheffield in the UK. He joined the investment banking division of Fountain Trust Merchant Bank in 1994. He later moved to the investment banking group of Lead Merchant Bank in 1997 prior to joining FCMB Capital Markets Limited, one of Nigeria's leading investment banking firms, in 2001.

At FCMB Capital Markets, Bayo acquired significant experience as Head of Corporate Finance. His experience spans Capital raising (debt, equities and hybrids) and Financial Advisory services (Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Restructuring, Privatization Advisory and Project Finance). He is an Associate of the Certified Pension Institute, a member of Chartered Institute of Bankers, Director of Treasury, Association of Issuing Houses of Nigeria (2006-2008) and continues to serve on several committees inaugurated by the Securities and Exchange Commission to facilitate the development of the Nigerian Capital Markets

Prior to establishing Quest Advisory Services Limited in January 2009, Bayo had risen to the position of Chief Executive Officer at FCMB Capital Markets Limited. Quest, in its 5-year existence, has provided a range of advisory services to numerous companies including Guinness Nigeria Plc, Computer Warehouse Group, GTHomes Limited and GTB Asset Management Limited (formerly subsidiaries of Guaranty Trust Bank Plc), the Tolaram Group of Companies and IEI Assets Limited. Quest has also provided capacity building solutions to entities such as Guaranty Trust Bank Plc, the Securities & Exchange Commission, the Nigerian Capital Markets Institute, Radix Capital Partners Limited, Access Bank Plc, Skye Bank Plc among others.

In addition to running Quest, Bayo teaches at the Lagos Business School, and has taught Finance on the MBA, Executive MBA, and Senior Management Programs. He also teaches Strategic Planning at the Enterprise Development Centre of the Pan African University and supports its various initiatives such as the Experts-in-Residence program that mentors SMEs. Bayo is the Chairman of the Investment Committee of ARM’s Discovery and Aggressive Growth Funds.

Alex is the Managing Director of Grand Cereals Limited a member company of the UAC Nigeria Group since 1st October 2019.

He was previously Corporate Strategy and External Affairs Director for the PZ Group in Nigeria effective March 1 2019.He joined PZ Cussons in July 2010 as managing director family care business unit responsible for Personal and homecare categories and the role evolved in 2016 into the role as managing director of PZ Consumer Business Unit, responsible for the Commercial Delivery of the Personal care , Home care and Nutrition category.

Prior to joining PZ Cussons, he was at different times sales director Guinness Nigeria, Head of Trade marketing and Distribution British American Tobacco (BAT) Nigeria, Country Manager Senegal, Gambia and Mauritania BAT, Category Mgr Procter & Gamble (P&G) Egypt, District Mgr Ghana and North& West Nigeria and other roles in supply chain and marketing.

Alex holds an LLB (hons) from the University of London and a BSc Biochemistry(hons) from the University of Port Harcourt. He is a Fellow of the national Institute of marketing of Nigeria as well as the Institute of Chartered Chemists of Nigeria.

Alex is married to Dr Ruth and they have 3 Children.
